ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of its client, an international group of companies, is in search of a Personal Assistant to join the company’s office in the Northern Suburbs of Athens, Greece.

Responsibilities:

The successfully evaluated candidate, will provide personalized support in a well-organized and timely manner to the Chairmam, acting as the first point of contact, controlling & filtering who and what goes to the Chairman’s office with the aim of disturbing him as little as possible with non-important or incomplete tasks.

 

More specifically you will:

  • Assist the Chairman in the timely management of communications, including written, telephone, email, and voicemail
  • Assist in the management and organization of the Chairman’s calendar by scheduling appointments, meetings, engagements, and daily activities
  • Assist with the completion and monitoring of the list of pending matters of the Chairman with the various departments of the companies
  • Perform variety of office and personal errands
  • Manage and coordinate travel for both business and personal arrangements
  • Compose and edit letters, documents, emails, proposals and ensure follow up with those that require answers, responses, and written replies
  • Assist in screening calls, email, transmittals, and visitors
  • Greet and check-in clients and other guests for meetings and events
  • Coordinate and manage vendors and contractors at office and/or residence
  • Conduct and handle ad-hoc research and projects
  • Manage partially the call center in the cases where the colleague is absent or on leave

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role as a Personal Assistant to a C Suite Executive/CEO/Managing Director
  • Proficient in English & Greek
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong speaking and writing skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Very strong work ethic and confidentiality
  • Must demonstrate a can-do attitude
  • Ownership, seriousness and tactfulness
  • Communication and presentation skills
  • Strategic and analytical thinking
  • Must be flexible and willing to work extra time during busy times and on call after business hours when needed
