Administrative Assistant
Paspartu, a leading translation and localization solutions provider in Greece, is looking for an Administrative Assistant to support the development and expansion of its client basis.
What you'll do:
- Manage inbound and outbound calls and contact current or prospecting corporate clients
- Identify customers’ needs and provide solutions
- Keep records of all conversations in a comprehensible way
- Enter lead/customer data into our ERP system and follow-up on leads.
About you:
- You have a university/post-graduate degree in Translation
- You are fluent in English
- You have strong phone and verbal communication skills
- You are able to learn new technologies fast
- You enjoy working in a team
- You are very well organized
- Similar previous experience will be appreciated.
