Junior Assistant
Paspartu Translation Services, a leading translation solutions provider in Greece, is looking for a Junior Assistant to join our Operations and Sales team, which ensure the smooth running of our business. This is a full-time position and requires your on-site presence.
What will be your main responsibilities
• Register account and project data into our ERP system
• Manage language resources (e.g. translation memories, term bases etc.)
• Assist the Vendor Management team liaising with external vendors
• Undertake project supporting tasks
• Manage customer feedback
About You and the Role
• You have a university/post graduate degree or diploma in Translation
• You have excellent knowledge of English
• You are familiar with main translation technologies (e.g. CAT tools)
• You have organisational and multitasking skills
• You enjoy working in a team
• Previous working experience will be appreciated, but not required.
